Short, honest, dated. Long legalese usually hides bad policies — we don't want to be that team. If any of the below changes, we'll update the date at the top and email active subscribers before it takes effect.

What we collect

  • Email address — required so we can send you the report you asked for.
  • Name, app name, app URL, free-text message — when you fill the contact or signal forms.
  • Unsubscribe events — email, optional reason, timestamp.
  • Standard web request logs (IP, user-agent, referrer) — retained ≤30 days for abuse prevention.

No tracking pixels in our emails. No cross-site tracking. No third-party analytics beacons.

Why we collect it

  • To deliver the weekly report you asked for.
  • To reply to inbound contact / signal submissions.
  • To honor unsubscribe requests and maintain suppression lists (required by CAN-SPAM and RFC 8058).

Where it's stored

Email + contact records live in Cloudflare Workers KV (Cloudflare, Inc., US). Operational notifications land in a private Slack channel our team uses for ops. Outbound email is sent via Google Workspace (Google LLC, US). We don't sell or rent any of it.

Unsubscribing + deletion

  • Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; Gmail / Apple Mail native "Unsubscribe" buttons work (RFC 8058 compliant).
  • You can also submit the web unsubscribe form.
  • For full deletion (contact + message history), email contact. We process within 30 days.

Kids

This is a B2B operator newsletter for app growth teams. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor submitted a form, email contact and we'll delete.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use data, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and email active subscribers before the change takes effect.
